BODY-WASHER
Before the vehicles are handed over to the paintshop, the body in white more often pass through washing process for cleaning the carbodies, which are heavily polluted with filings, sanding dusts and welding residues. By this the pre-treating systems will be relieved and an optimum assessment of the carbody with regard to bodyshell faults will be possible. Mostly this process takes place in a continuous operation, but in can be executed also in cycles.
Mainly these systems are consisting of two series connected spray zones with a following-on body-tilting station and drip zone. The appropriate conveying and electric technology is also included in the scope of supply and services.
The body-washer is equipped with maintenance-devices like magnetic separator, hydro cyclones, bag filter, the necessary spraying pumps and heat exchangers, blow station with dryers and the necessary dosing devices for degreasing.
