SPRAY BOTHS
The L&E spray booths are individually designed for the particular need according to customer's demands and at the state of the art under consideration of ergonomical aspects with a wet washing system or dry filtration to reduce the paint particle emission to the athmosphere.
They are designed in modular system and consist of aluminium-frame elements with large-surface glass fronts made of safety glass. On the inner side the walls are designed as smoothly as possible for minimization of dust precipitation. The lamps integrated into the lateral walls are guaranteeing an effective lighting of the work station.
Further more the cabins are provided with filter ceiling and air distribution plenum. By means of L&E's compact, efficient and easy to maintain wet washing system the legal emission limits of < 3 mg/m3 are firmly met. The sound level in the cabin is 75 dB(A) due to the asymmetrical construction of the system.
For the completion of the total arrangement L&E also supplies the fresh supply and exhaust system with heat recovery for the booth technology.
The spray booths are used for different applications like complete painting, UBS-coating and spot- and partial paintings.
