SPRAYING- AND DIPPING SYSTEMS
L&E's range of products also includes spraying- and dipping systems (cycle- or continuous operation) used for pretreatment and cathodic dipping-paint-coating of bodies and parts of different materials. These systems are projected under consideration of throughputs, process parameters, application of energy, material and environmental aspects specially for each customer in close cooperation with the suppliers of chemicals and lacquers. Under these points of view L&E was choosen as a general contractor to install a complete aluminium pretreatment and etching plant for VW in Bratislava, Slovakia including the conveyor system as well as the total electrical control system.
