POCKET-VENTILATION

Within the drying sections of paper machines the water evaporation creates a cushion of water vapour on the felt as well as on the web itself. This effect reduces the efficiency of drying sections.
To achieve an effective drying in the paper machine L&E supplies optimized pocket ventilation and machine ventilation systems.
L&E’s complete scope of supply includes pocket ventilation systems, special nozzle systems for the web transfer from the mechanical press section to the drying section, stabilizing nozzles for slalom felt section, stabilizing nozzles for high- speed machines, and nozzles for felt conditioning.
