STEAM AND CONDENSATE SYSTEM WITH
THERMO-COMPRESSOR

Alternatively to a classic cascade system, a steam and condensate system with thermo compressor can be offered.
The major advantage is the possibility to adjust and control the steam pressure for each drying group separately by using a thermo compressor. This is a requirement for certain types of technical papers.
The circulation of steam through the drying cylinders is achieved by the help of a Thermo-compressor, which is feeding back the steam required for dewatering and degassing into the drying cylinders. The inert gas is removed from the drying group via a bypass valve and a vacuum station.
