L&E designs and supplies dryers for the paper industry, which are used for paper, cardboard, tissue, LWC, films, foils and non- wovens drying applications.
Based on 45 years of experience and permanent product improvements, the different types of L&E dryers guarantee a constant high level of production quality.
L&E dryers combine a perfect blend of ecology and economy in the design of custom tailored dryers for new plants as well as for capacity increases in existing plants. Contac air-, Trans air- and Air turn dryers are adapted to production needs through the selection of special nozzle systems combined with adapted air conduction.
All key parameters like heat transfer, evaporation capacity, stable and contact less web flow, space requirements, investment and operating costs are optimized to the special requirements of a paper mill. All L&E dryers can be operated with various heating systems, such as natural gas, LPG, steam, oil, waste heat or electricity, depending on customer’s requirements.
