The retention time of the exhaust gas on the level of the oxidation temperature is at least 1 second before the treated air escapes through the corresponding heat recovery chamber.
Only one chamber changes at a given time from heat dissipation to heat storage - or vice-versa , ensuring that the flow of the exhaust air is not interrupted by the other chamber. The heat exchange mass remains calm, avoiding to a large extent an abrasion effect.
The heat exchange part of this system has a thermal stability up to a temperature of approx. 1050°C and does not contain any tubes, bearings, etc. or materials of different heat resistance, excluding thus a possible early failure.
According to our experience, the durability amounts to more than 2,000,000 hours of operation.
Although according to the conception of this system, it is possible to dispense with secondary measures for energy recovery, additional systems for the generation of steam, thermal oil, hot air or hot water may be installed downstream.
