DUST FILTER
Many treatment and production processes with different materials produce fine grained dusts and chips. In this case L&E uses dust filters, to save humans, machines and the environment. The keeping and consideration of the corresponding regulations for the protection of workers and industrial safety are urgently necessary. Via optimal tube design and arrangement the dusts and chips will be sucked off, led to the filter and deposited. Fresh air and exhaust air filter provide a clean and safe atmosphere at the manufacturing plant. Simple handling and high times of exposure result in an effective, environment-friendly and economical solution with regard to the demands of your factory.
As filter unit L&E uses among other things filter cartridges or bag filters. The dedusting occurs via the pressure air. The dedusting cycles will be controlled either via the loss of pressure or via the time.
Here operational areas would be sawing- and surface grinding machines from wood manufacturing industries as well as the packaging industries, as for example the can making industry with high loads of lacquer - overspray at the spray bench.
