THERMO-REAKTOR

The „THERMO-REACTOR-SYSTEM“ combines a high degree of integrated energy recovery with ideal time-, temperature- and turbulence characteristics for effective and economical exhaust air disposal and odour elimination technology. The thermal oxidation takes place in the central burner chamber under which several heat recovery chambers are arranged. These chambers are switched, with time lags, via an automatic control system from heat emission to heat storage and back to heat emission. Thereby flows the exhaust air continuous through the Thermo-Reactor. The dwell time of the exhaust air in the range of the oxidation temperature amounts to min. 1 sec, before the purified air exists through the corresponding heat recovery chambers again.
Sticky mass deposits at the tubes of the integrated heat exchanger can be eliminated by means of controlled burn-off: a process known as BURN-OUT.
Provided that requirement is available, at over-autothermic operation conditions, heat exchanger for energy recovery can be arranged downstream.
